I worked on a family of characters for an Italian-Chinese ice cream brand in China, Cream Story. Cream Story makes amazing gelato, using the best fresh milk available in Guangdong, quality fruit from protected Geographical Indications of China and no artificial colorings or aromas.
I created a family of character inspired by heir iconic ice cream cone packaging. The color palette and the hand-drawn illustration style are complimentary to the Cream Story branding.
The art has been used in all their stores as a fun part of the interior design. The big characters on wall have become a photo opportunity for their customers.
The characters have also been used in marketing materials, in-store products (like the super cute ice-cream for dogs) and installations.
